Tickets not received and no money back yet
- - Bought tickets for a US event and traveled from Europe.
- - Viagogo refused a refund; tickets not arrived.
I purchased tickets for an event in the USA, I had to travel from Europe to the event. It was not possible to find out if the tickets would be arriving in time.
At viagogo nobody understood, that the tickets are delivered too late IF they would be delivered to my address in Europe on the very same day the event would start. I even rented an Airbnb nearer to the event to get the tickets delivered. But nothing came up. I went to the event with tickets purchased from another source and asked at the event if my tickets had been delivered----- nothing!
And viagogo refuses to give me my money back. All in all a great deal of NONSENSE AND VERY UPSETTING!!

- - Order ID 55631****; please email the tickets since post hasn't arrived.
I bought on 10-3-2025 3 tickets for IL Volo concert of the 2-11-2025 in Vienna. Order ID 55631****. Please send me the tickets by my email, because I haven't received theme by post till now.

Canx sale because you charged $250-$300 handling to my wife
- - $359 fee charged; Ticketmaster is $4.95.
- - Couldn't reach Viagogo to cancel or get help.
- - Delivery delayed to the eve of the concert.
Viagogo is the worst site/company I have ever experienced!
* First they ripped me off by charging her $359 handling fee. Ticketmaster charges $4.95.
* Immediate attempts were made to speak to someone from Viagogo and cancel the tickets but not able to.
* I then had to spend a couple hours on a pathetic chat line and was given no assistance.
* They then tell me the tickets will not be provided until the eve of the concert. Crap!!!
* I said I want to resell the tickets and get my money back but no assistance.
* Tonight I have been requesting the tickets be sent to me but have been getting treated terribly.
* I have mentioned Fair Trading, Ombudsman & social media but they couldn't give a *** because they are in the USA.
This is the WORST DEALING I have ever had with any company.

Er purchaised 3 tickets for Olivia Rodrigo in Manchester for more than 1400 Euro! As my family was there, th organizer Hand to change the places, singe 2 children Are under 12 y.
They got. a confirmation of this change!
And they were told get the money back! Viagogo did Not want to help!

- - Refunds go to a bank account, not the card, and money is due in two weeks.
Sold tickets through Viagogo and thought they would credit my visa/debit card but the site doesnt tell you that they can only repay you via a normal bank account. All fixed over phone but have to wait another 2 weeks for money.

look online to buy a ticket for manny pacquiao fights here in brisbane and i got directed to the Viagogo web site and is said on sale for cheaper price of 74.00 dollar per ticket so i both 4 ticket as its look very cheap when confirm it the total charge in my bank was 368.35 dollar instead of 296 dollar the 72.35 was there booking fee and they well send the ticket in the next 3 days before the event when i got the ticket the original price was 39.00 dollar and it was very *** area that i got now i have a look back again to see and the ticket sell for 48.00 dollar and yet the booking fee was 5 times the ticket price event on there website now you have to search it to found it as they hide it to insure that i original company sell the ticket dont found out they selling the ticket 5 to 10 time plus there booking fee
